Hesap ve Veri Silme
Bu sayfa, Esinti Eser tarafından Google Play ve App Store'da Backgammon Royale adıyla yayımlanan tavla oyununa aittir. Hesabınızı ve ona bağlı tüm verilerinizi buradan silebilir ya da sildirebilirsiniz. Silme kalıcıdır, geri alınamaz.

1. Uygulamanın içinden (anında)
- Ana sayfada sol üstteki oyuncu kartınıza dokunun → Profil açılır.
- Sol sütundaki kırmızı HESABI SİL düğmesine dokunun.
- İki onay penceresinde ONAYLA'yı seçin.
Hesabınız ve tüm verileriniz sunucudan anında silinir; giriş ekranına dönersiniz. Bunun için giriş yapmış olmanız yeterlidir — misafir hesaplar da aynı yoldan silinir.
2. Bu sayfadan (uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız)
Uygulamayı sildiyseniz, telefonunuz değiştiyse ya da giriş yapamıyorsanız aşağıdaki formu doldurun. Talebiniz doğrudan bize ulaşır, size bir bilet numarası verilir ve hesabınız en geç 30 gün içinde silinip yazdığınız adrese yanıt yazılır.
Neler silinir
- Hesap kimliği ve (varsa) sosyal girişten alınan ad, e-posta, fotoğraf bağlantısı
- Profil (görünen ad, avatar)
- Cüzdan ve hareket kayıtları, ilerleme, sahip olunan kozmetikler
- Maç kayıtları, istatistikler, günlük hediye/görev/reklam kayıtları, başarımlar
- Satın alma makbuzlarının hesapla ilişkisi (mağazadaki fatura kaydı Apple/Google'da kalır; onu biz tutmayız)
Saklanan tek şey bu formla gönderdiğiniz talep kaydıdır (e-posta, yazdıklarınız, tarih). Talep yerine getirildikten sonra 90 gün içinde o da silinir. Yasal bir saklama zorunluluğu doğmadıkça başka hiçbir veri tutulmaz.
Hesabı silmeden yalnız bazı verileri silmek
Oyundaki her veri hesabınıza bağlıdır; ayrı ayrı tutulan bir veri seti yoktur. Yine de yalnız belirli bir bölümün (örneğin maç geçmişi ya da görünen ad) silinmesini istiyorsanız yukarıdaki formun Not alanına yazın; aynı süre içinde yerine getiririz. Uygulamayı telefonunuzdan kaldırmak yalnızca cihazdaki verileri (ayarlar, önbellek) siler; sunucudaki hesabınız yeniden yüklediğinizde devam edebilmeniz için durur.

Account & Data Deletion
This page belongs to the backgammon game published on Google Play and the App Store as Backgammon Royale by Esinti Eser. You can delete your account and all data tied to it here, or ask us to do it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Inside the app (immediate)
- On the home screen tap your player card (top-left) → Profile opens.
- Tap the red DELETE ACCOUNT button in the left column.
- Choose CONFIRM in both confirmation dialogs.
Your account and all of its data are deleted from the server immediately and you return to the sign-in screen. You only need to be signed in — guest accounts are deleted the same way.
2. From this page (if you can no longer access the app)
If you uninstalled the app, changed phones or cannot sign in, fill in the form below. The request reaches us directly, you receive a ticket number, and your account is deleted within 30 days at the latest, with a reply to the address you give.
What gets deleted
- Account identifier and (if any) the name, e-mail and photo link from social sign-in
- Profile (display name, avatar)
- Wallet and ledger, progress, owned cosmetics
- Match records, statistics, daily gift/mission/ad records, achievements
- The link between purchase receipts and the account (the store's own invoice stays with Apple/Google; we do not keep it)
The only thing retained is the request you send with this form (e-mail, what you wrote, date). It is deleted within 90 days after the request is fulfilled. Nothing else is kept unless a legal retention duty arises.
Deleting some data without deleting the account
Every piece of game data is tied to your account; there is no separately held data set. If you nevertheless want only a specific part removed (for example match history or your display name), say so in the Note field above and we will do it within the same period. Uninstalling the app only removes data on the device (settings, cache); your server account remains so you can continue after reinstalling.
